Welcome to Avenue Housing Pvt. Ltd., architects of premium residential and commercial projects in and around Pune. We also exist in Navi Mumbai and Goa. And while we are spreading our branches, we strive for excellence and aim not only to meet our customers? expectations but to surpass them. Our assurance to quality since inception has earned us the trust of future customers, and the satisfaction of past customers. are an organization with in-house architects, engineers and construction crew. We also have an in-house interior design division that helps design home as per customer flavor and liking.
We combine novelty, quality, experience and hard work, to design and take in projects that anticipate the needs of the people who will live or work in the Vastu that we build. We are satisfied of our standing, within the real estate industry, as a reliable and respectable company and we work hard to live up to that status.
History
After starting our career with SPACE CREATORS, we ventured into construction under the banner of AVENUE BUILDERS.
AVENUE BUILDERS, since its inception in 2006, has to its credit some creative projects like AVENUE ALPINE, AVENUE SANKALP,AVENUE VERTEX.
In 2007, AVENUE HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED was formed and till now there is no looking back. All the journey from Space Creators to AHPL has been phenomenal and all this would not have been possible without our esteemed clients whose trust and reliability on us is valuable for us even today.

The present Directors ? Mr. Amit Shet & Mrs. Leena Shet, have completed their education as architects from MM College of Architecture, Pune in 1998. Their firm SPACE CREATORS, has to its credit the completion of various architectural and interior projects in and around Pune for reputed companies like HP, Nokia, Reliance, Exon chemicals, M.I.D.C. etc After working successfully in the profession-designing and executing jobs for various builders and individual clients for several years, the urge of good and well-planned apartments arised. And thus, with the combined efforts of education and vision, the Director ventured into construction business.
Initially, in 2004, AVENUE BUILDERS-a partnership firm was formed under which AVENUE ALPINE, AVENUE VERTEX were completed. Taking forward the same legacy, AVENUE BUILDERS gradually turned into a private limited company. All this was possible due to the esteemed customers who had faith in us, and we thank them today also.
The Director believe that every person has some dreams or aims in life. Purchasing a house for himself and his family is first propriety & the most important dream. Taking this fact in mind, the apartment planning and detailing is done which are personally supervised by in house architects, leaving aside facts like maximum usage of FSI, sub-standard usage of building material, etc. One can totally rely on us when it comes to fulfilling the dream of buying own house.
Hence taking forward the same spirit and liking for good quality, well-planned and affordable apartments, AHPL has been launching new projects to serve its customers.
