Our Customer Care Department will ensure that this process remains hassle-free and easy by assisting you in getting a home loan sanctioned and disbursed from the best available resources. We also assist in its related documentation including power of Attorney registration, Certificates, etc. On confirmation of your membership in “Avenue Housing Pvt. Ltd.”, our Customer Care Manager will contact you in person and initiate this process to ensure, that your dream home becomes a reality.

Our Projects have been approved by all major Banks and Home Finance institutions including ICICI, HDFC, etc. We have tried to provide a list of standard documents required for quick and hassle-free loan sanctioning process from reputed Indian banks. This list has been compiled on the basis of standard data available from banks and this list might vary based on individual eligibility and other credit parameters.

Loan Application duly filled with across signature on photographs of Applicant & Co-applicant (spouse). In case, loan applicant is married, then spouse?s signature as co-applicant is a must. If not, then any family member can sign as co-applicant.

Residence proof of Applicant and Co- applicant :(Photocopy of leave and license agreement in case living in rented premises.)

Valid Passport & Visa Copy

Latest 3 salary slips

Contract copy with the Employer / Appointment Letter.

Work Permit / latest Form 16 & Photocopy of Organization?s ID Card.

Last 6 month bank statement of salary account (International A/c) and NRE / NRO Account.

Credit verification authorization (Format will be mailed to you)

Power of Attorney (POA) in standard bank format (Will be mailed to you)

PAN card copy & Address proof of POA Holder

Current Company Profile with HR e-mail id. (not required in case of deputation of Indian company / IT abroad)

CBR Report from www.myfico.com or www.equifax.com or www.xparian.com

Bank Admin / Processing Fees? Cheque RESIDENT INDIAN LOAN DOCUMENTS.

Cheques (A/c payee) signed without amount and in favour of the bank to POA holder for EMI repayment.

Appointment Letter from Current Employer & Photocopy of Organization?s ID Card.

Loan closure letter/ loan outstanding letter with RTR(if any)
